the problem is you clean it and pushed it further down probably - i dont know how you cleaned it but urine goes on the carpet thru into the padding down into the concrete and is permanent and trapped to sweltered
There is a product called Natures Miracle, available at Petsmart, Petco and other pet stores. It contains enzymes that will eat the bacteria that is causing the odor. It's the best stuff on the market for pet odors and works great.
