How do you make new starter plants from the flowering premavera?

If i cut off a stalk should i put it in water to grow roots or just put it back in dirt?

You need to take your cutting from a place where there is a leaf node, remove a third of the leaves from the cutting, dip cutting in rooting hormone, plant in starting pot, and cover with a glass jar keep moist, and out of direct sun, in about two weeks move to it permanent location, water as needed.

To make the new starter plants from flowering primavera, you can first cut off the stock. After that, you can put it in water to grow roots and then put it back in dirt. You should there after care for it as the primavera.
