Just a note. Do not stop eating or reduce your food intake too much. I ate decently and tried to reduce fizzy drinks and all the candy (yes it was hard). Also, when you get the chance just stretch your body. If you are relaxed you can loose some. And then exercise moderately. I do intense exercise once or twice a week (not daily). I followed these and lost about 5kg in 3-4 weeks

Watch what you eat, don't eat meals past 7pm, drink water not sugary drinks, count calories, don't over eat or eat when youre not hungry and if you do, buy little healthy low calorie snacks to munch on during the day :) if you do that with just an hour exercise a day for about 60 days you will lose weight (the right way) I lost 17 pounds!
