What is something that a 13 year old girl who is SUPER depressed do?

I'm soooooo sad!!! And soooooo bored!!!!!!

Eat a good meal and rest. Then sit down and try to figure out what is making you sad and then do something to change it. If you can't change it, talk to someone who can help you to get the change you need. If you have started menstruating, you may need help from a doctor to feel better.

My parents are divorced and they are both moving into a district of the school that I REALLY don't want to go to. I don't want to go there because I don't know ANYONE who will be going there, I have never been there, they have a bad orchestra (I play cello), and I just hate it. I f we get online at the same time, I can give you my email.

Don't take it out on yourself. I am 14 and am an ex cutter. I resist the temptation to cut every day. It was the biggest mistake of my life. Don't take it out on your friends either. Just talk. Don't blame them. I did that and lost a few good friends. Mainly... Don't do anything you will regret later in life. I look at my mangled hands from punching brick and regret punching that wall. I look at my scars and regret cutting. Stay strong. In praying for you
