If you have an LLC in another state and all of your business is done online. Do you have to pay the $800 CA Franchise Tax?

I'm good on the what is an LLC thing. I'm just trying to figure out if an LLC in a state other than CA would have to pay CA's Franchise Tax if the business is being done completely ONLINE.
