Yes, you can transfer music from a computer onto your iPhone. You will have to first of all Sync your iPhone with the PC by use of a USB cable then click on "Authorize" icon to connect the two devices. On the "Devices" list, click iPhone's name then select "Music" on the main panel. Check "Sync Music" and select all the songs you prefer. Click "Apply" to move the selected tunes to your iPhone. Check details on http://gigaom.com/apple/sync-iphone-ipod-with-multiple-computers/.

@aprilx0 which one did you use? Were you able to use one of the answers?

I am having a heck of a time figuring this out. I download 'sharepod', which is a waste unless you pay.
Here's what I want to do:
I have songs in my iTunes. I have different songs on my iPod and our iPhones (one a 4S & one a 5). I want to take all the songs on the iPod and ADD them in iTunes so I can select different songs for my iPad, iPod and 2 iPhones.
I can NOT for the life of me figure out how to do this!! If I synch...songs will be erased!
ANYONE have a solution??

OH I JUST NOTICED THIS WAS ASKED TWO YEARS AGO! I'll post somewhere else!
