there's no specific way to lose fat only around the quad area. cardio is key to losing weight. a fast way would be to swim, bike and run, along with quad muscle building exercises such as leg press or squats, because muscle helps burn fat.
Eat healthy and exercise. And lose weight. You can not spot reduce body fat. If you have fat thighs and a slim stomach that's genetics. All people carry it different.
