The difference between a destroyer, warship and battleship is that a battleship is a large armored warship with a main battery consisting of heavy caliber guns while the warships are armed ships that are built generally for combat. The destroyer is a fast-maneuverable that has long endurance is built for the purpose of escorting large vessels and defends them against smaller, short-range but powerful attackers.
