The Obama free phone is going to cost the government approximately 1.2 million. This government sponsored program is called Lifeline Assistance and is meant to provide cell phones to the financially disadvantaged.

Show us the budget plan from the senate and Obama. It does not exist. The Republicans have a budget plan and presented it. Obama hired people to come up with one and he rejected it. He has no plan. Even Romney has a plan. The senate totally rejected Obamas attack of the rich budget and rightfully so.
