How do you fall asleep really early?

I am used to going to bed around 10 or 11 at night, but I have to wake up at 2:30 A.M. tomorrow, so how can I fall asleep around 5:30 or 6?

What I do is get all my stuff ready for school the next day. do what I would usually do at 11:30 or something and do it like at 9:30. I put on a dragon ball z disc and it is like a bedtime story to me. So get all your stuff ready and pop on your favorite tv show.

You can have yourself plenty of 5-Hydroxytryptophan, zinc, vitamins both c, B1, B3, B6 and Magnesium. This will give you good rest and 5-Hydroxytryptophan is a brain chemical that is a vital building block of the neurotransmitter.

Wake up early in the morning. Don't be stuffed or leave stuff undone before bed or you may stay up late thinking about it anyway.
