Is it bad to drink sports drinks like powerade and Gatorade everyday?
Excessive consumption of drinks like Gatorade, especially if you're not extremely active can actually mess up your electrolytes and is not good for you.
I think it is not a good idea to take sports drinks every day. This is because they are high in energy that is required by the sportspeople. If you don't require a lot of energy everyday, you should not take these kind of drinks.
If your active your fine.! But if you aren't then all of the sugar and excessive vitamins can make you sick!
