Im running a Iframe redirection to my HFS file server, why can't i download files from it via a proxy?

this is the site, https://innovation1.webs.com to redirect to my ip address via Iframe to http://71.183.57.29:9090/ (i'm using iframe because for some reason normal refresh redirection will not work.
