Yes. Your body needs continual sleep. At least 5 hours and that's pushing it. Indeed, you could have insomnia. Here are some ideas to help you fall asleep and stay asleep. 1) Try taking a bath, not too hot, just a relaxing bath w/ beads or some sort of skin relaxer. 2) Drink hot chocolate with whole milk and toast w/butter. Just butter. Not jam, peanut butter after your bath. 3) Another thing that cures some is stretching. This helps your circulation. 4) breathe gently concentrating on the inward and full outward movement of the air in your lungs. I hope you can sleep better! Your body really does need it!
