Why can't they DVD and digital copy on the same disc for all the DVD Blu-ray disc?

Because the DVD is incase the customer wants to use a regular DVD player or a computer (which does not, normally, have a Blu Ray drive) I don't know why they wouldn't, other than space, put digital copies on the DVD one though.

Not enough memory space for all three on one disc.

Book of Eli Blu ray and DVD combo has the digital copy on the DVD.

Other than memory space, I think people like having all three sperated although it may cost more to do so.
