Ok...why did you move out? Why couldn't you wait 28 days? Anyway, are your parents preventing you from getting your things? You may need to go over when they are not home. Or call them and ask them if you can come get your things. Are you sure your ready to be out of the house? Why would you move out and not take any of your things? Did you think it through? If you want to go back talk to your dad...are you going to college? Maybe you should have a meeting with the school guidance counselor.
I think that you should just move out and stay at a friend's just for a little while until you can sort yourself out. This may make your mother respect you even more since she probably thinks that you will not move out.
If it's a matter of getting your belongings ... they can't prevent you from returning to the house to do so. If they try, you can contact the police and arrange a time for them to "escort" you to retrieve your belongings.
My mother had to do this. You're very fortunate you got a heads up. She was told the moment she got home from her graduation. She ended up staying with a friend, took out loans for college and learned the real value of a dollar.
