When I get hot my face gets really red! How do I keep that from happening?

You may not be able to prevent it from happening. Try to cool off quickly - drink iced fluids, go to a cooler room, think calm thoughts like laying on the beach listening to the waves or staring into a campfire.

Same thing happens to me and my friend!!! So I guess that means it happens to a lot of people so don't worry about it :)

@broadwayprodigy & summahh me 2! lol :P i have EXTEMELY cold hands 24/7 no matter wat the weather is so i usually use them as ice packs and press them on my face 4 a few secs and it goes down a bit :)
