Do yourself a favor there Suzanne Summers - be sure you SHOULD lose weight before you do. If you're fine everywhere else, then accept your figure before you go chasing the impossible. I bet you're just fine.

Convert it to muscle do squats and bicycle
just what everyone else said. Dieting won't really help leg fat, but toning it into muscle strengthens and thins it out, or at least show muscle, not fat.
