For abs workout..is it best to do them everyday or every other day? Like Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

You can do your abs workout everyday if you please or every other day, depending on the results you want. What you need to be careful about is your back. Keep the exercises balanced and you can consult a local gym instructor for more advice.
