I have a iPhone 3G and it always shows that it's discharging when I'm charging the phone. What is wrong?

Report as

The iPhone 3G will show discharging while on the charger possibly due to a fault in the storage settings or facilities. There might be a short circuit being caused by a miswire or a bad connection. It may also be possible that your charging fuse has actually blown out. Visit the customer support desk for more inquiries.

I don't know, but you should go back to the place that you got it and get that checked out

Nothing. A phone is either charging. Or discharging. Meaning it is being powered by the battery
