I can't hit high notes, did i damage my singing voice?

i used to be able to hit high notes , not really well but i was ok. so i was singing with my cousins one night for a long time and then the next few days i noticed that i couldn't go as high anymore and it's really weak. now i can only sing in my regular voice. did i really damage my high voice or can i gain it back?

You can get it back. You need to give yourself a lot of vocal rest (no talking, whispering, or singing) and drink lots of water. Once you feel your voice is rested, start warming up before you sing. Just like a runner warming up for a race, your voice should be treated the same way.

Child change voice on puberty. Accept it and improve your vocal techniques for compensation.
