What is some of the main things (good things) that teenagers enjoy or get excited about if I were to have a hangout place for them?

Well coming from a TEENAGER I mostly like the type of music they have and what you can do at that "hangout" place for instance sparkles: you can skate all night, they have great music and they have great games to play!! :) hope this helped!! :D

Most teenagers will be excited about the company they will find there and the music. A hangout place without music won't be that fun. Friends are also important as they would love to chat and catch up.
