stress can affect emotional because it can make you do something. It could be suicide to feel your thoughts and depressing yo so much. Stress can also change you the people you've show nice feelings, and all sudden you will lose them. People think of you you are not a nice person at all you are not the same person before as they know you. Aso stress can affect your lives.
Stress can affect emotions since you are pushed to do something that you never really meant to do it. Emotional effects of stress can however range from emotional overeating to a feeling of being overwhelmed and pressured.
Stress can affect emotions simply due to the fact that when you're already feeling vulnerable due to stress, any emotional feelings you have can seem magnified. Something that you could normally deal with when not under stress can seem absolutely impossible when you're stressed.
