I am a 17 year old male. I'm 5'9 and weigh 105 pounds. no matter how much i eat i NEVER gain weight. what can i do?

I play hockey, road hockey. i bike a lot. i never gain n weight tho and it sucks

The amount of food eaten does not determine how heavy you get rather it's the nutrient content in the food that matters. Food with more fats will give you more weight and a better shape if the fats are well utilized in your body. Consult a nutritionist for help.

Well that's not a lot of weight but its a very healthy weight why do you wanna gain weight?

that's probably just because you have a high metabolism, you eat and your body immediately gets to work turning that into muscle. its not a bad thing.

Being overweight is very dangerous but being underweight can also be dangerous so if have tries eatin more and that's not working I think you should consider taking a weight gainer. It is like a protein powder but has carbs and fat in it as well and it contains lots of calories. I know a few very skinny people who have used them and saw great results.
