I eat breakfast at 8AM every morning. About what time should I have mid- morning snack and lunch?
Mid morning snaks are hard on the body and a bad habit to break. Contrary to popular belief. In fact people with sedintary jobs would do well on two good meals a day. And only two cups of coffee. And no soda.
It really depends on your body and when you are hungry, but I would suggest eating a small snack again around 10:30 or 11.
I'd say exactly at 10:00am
Whenever you want.
Between 10 and 10:45 or whenever you get hungry.

You should eat SOMETHING every 3 hours or so.
