My 1981 truck keeps flashing 9 times for the brakes but I HAVE FLUID FULL,AND i HAVE BRAKES

The reason behind the flashing may be because of powertrain problems that it may be experiencing. It may also mean that your engine is experiencing misfire, which needs to be checked out immediately. To be completely sure about this, you should get a skilled mechanic to determine the problem and fix it.
