Anyone willing to lend some advice for dating an older woman?

I'm 22 and she is 31. She looks younger though. I think she likes me cause she works at a bar and she keeps giving me free drinks and we do shots for like the past couple weeks. We talk the whole time when I hang out there. Which sounds good. But the other day this other girl came by and was hanging on to me the whole time and I mentioned about how I'm not interested in that girl. But idk I think that she was turned off by me talking to that girl. Someone told me older women don't like games which I wasn't trying to do. Plus I'm not sure if the age thing is a problem. I don't care and she mentioned she isn't rushed into having kids. So yeah. She doesn't text me ever but we have kind of made plans to hang out if she gets out of work soon enough. Anyway do older women mind age a lot? Plus I don't want to look desperate so any advice on how I should handle this?

Statistics show that men die younger than women so they should marry younger men to be together longer. She would benefit in the intimacy area because you are younger. Once you reach thirty you shouldn't notice much difference. Go for it if you really are attracted to her in all ways that count.

women in their 30s..in a nutshell ...are not easily impressed, know who and what they want,don't like clingy men..and do not need a man to feel good about themselves,are straight foward...have the ability to sleep with you then Hope you Don't call... and usually could care less what others think of them...So my advise to you is...be real..no games..and you should be flattered...she is paying attention to you because she Wants you...not because she Needs you..(Ps..if it ever gets sexual...remember..hers first or it'll never happen again)Good luck!

First get her to take you seriously. If this happens, then you should have no problem unless she takes you seriously but doesn't like you.
