Well being positive is a good start. One should eat three meals a day breakfast being the largest meal dinner being the smallest. Snacks should be fruits vegetables. Most important STAY ACTIVE moving around goes a long way. If you find exercising hard distract yourself while you do it example listen to your iPod or watch tv while on the treadmill.

Cut out any unhealthy foods out of your diet. Most effectively is to find a sport to play or excercise often. Apparently, a lot of the times that you think your hungry, your just craving water. It's zero calories, fat, everything. Most of all, never give up. Losing weight can take awhile. And never skip meals, since this could throw your metabolism off. Good luck(:

Work out, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Get involved with something that gets you "off your butt". Main point is to be healthy, if you want to lose weight enough, really motivate yourself and try out new things.
well exercise n healthy food are great things to do daily but for me my basic weight gain foods are bread pasta milk and soda when i completly cut out soda and milk especially whole milk the weight comes off and im natuarally more energetic try it for a week and you will be able to feel the differance i also take one a day vitamins for women to help supplement all the garbage i used to eat and replace it with good vitamins
The easiest way is not to go on a full-blown diet. Instead just try to watch what you eat and just simply do the right thing! For example instead of ice cream go for frozen yogurt or instead of potato chips go for a handful of almonds! Good luck hope this helped you!

I'm trying to lose weight too since summer is coming soon and I want to look good in my bathing suit. I definitely suggest cutting down carbs and other drinks beside water. Eat Breakfast! Cereal sometimes is the easiest breakfast but try not to have it everyday. I have yogurt and friut. Some tips I have for u is: -exercise 30min a day -don't snack when bored -only have dessert on the weekends -if you can walk to school or bus stop,do it dont get a ride Hope this helped :)
