You want to jailbreak iPod Touch you can watch a video on YouTube on how to your break and iPod that should give you the direction on how to do it. And the harmful part about it you screen might often crash

Jailbreaking is not illegal - even Apple said it's ok to do it, it just voids your warranty.

Idk but it may be harmful. Too much for the iPod to handle.
