If both involved are adults, age is no ones business but their own. If one of the two are minors, then the relationship is too often predatory and exploitive. People in the US love to rant about teen moms forgetting that many are impregnated by men in their 20s.
Because no one likes to admit they don't understand it's not a big deal but it is complicated but everything is so do what's right for you and be happy no one on this earth has the right to judge your choices and if it makes you happy than be happy in life all we can do is live so live
Age is just a number. But I found out that not all older women actually act their age! The 40 year old that I was dating turned out to be like a 13 year old. No problem, there are better ones out there.
In most cases, age shouldn't matter. However, it usually matters when you're dealing with teenagers. A 13 yr old shouldn't be dating a 17 yr old, nor a high schooler dating a college student, etc. The maturity levels most likely don't match. It also depends with adults. Someone who is dating another person who is much older may not realize their need for attention, parental figure, etc. Someone who is dating another person who is much younger may not realize their need to serve as a caretaker, to be in control, etc. If this is the case, they have other issues to be dealing with. While sometimes age differences might work, you just have to be sure that you're in it for the right reasons (that this person has all of the qualities you are looking for).
