How do you make a page on your tumblr link to another person's tumblr page?

I want to make a page on my tumblr (like the buttons on the side) that leads to another person's tumblr page, how do I do that (If you know what I mean)?

You will be required to create an account on Tumblr if you do not have one. Go to your tumblelog once you have logged in and select customize appearance from the menu on the right of the page. Click on pages from the bar at the top of your page and select on add a page from the menu. You can choose the URL for this page and then choose the type of page you would like.
