If I eat 500 calories a day, how much weight will I lose?

I know it's not the best choice, but I'm on my fourth day with doing this, and honestly, I feel fine. I'm eating good foods too. No junk or anything. I was just interested in knowing. I'm about 5'5" and 127 lbs.

Cravings will finally hit a point that you will give in, often pretending that this is going to be your only weak moment. Once you have given in you can't go back. You are going to take one bite, one taste, one piece and so forth putting yourself back to square one every time you find yourself under pressure. It is possible for you to end up with more weight afterward than you started with before forbidding the food in the first place. This is how binge eating starts. Binge eating habits are a direct result of poor weight loss diets gone wrong.

Perhaps more than you should. This is dangerous. You should multiply your weight by 12 and this will tell you how many calories you are consuming to maintain the weight. If you reduce that caloric intake by 1/2 it would be safer. Ask a medical professional rather than here. Weight loss is a serious health concern that should not be taken lightly.

You are going to send your body into starvation mode(under 1200 a day) and your body will store everything you eat as fat..YOU WILL NOT LOSE WEIGHT THIS WAY!!! You will in fact gain more weight when you start taking in more calories again!!
just because you feel fine now..doesn't mean you will feel the same in a month..not to mention the internal damage your causing to your insides that will have long term effects later in life!!

When you starve yourself, your body actually start retaining weight, making it harder to lose weight. Also if you are not getting the proper amount of nutrients that your body needs to function, your organ systems will start to shut down, and eventually you will die.

"Starvation mode" doesn't happen until you get down to a certain percentage of body fat. If you have extra, unnecessary fat on your body, that will go first, not impairing your metabolism. However, it does do that after a while, making it harder to lose weight. I know this already, but thanks.

What you're doing is unhealthy. You are already slim, take in a healthy calorie amount, and just get a little exercise each day. This will burn some of the calories off.
