Plenty of solid advice here. Bad attitudes are sometimes difficult to break. The principle of 'adjusting one's thinking' is useful. The mind can grasp 'adjustment'- the conscience can live with the understanding that it is making progress. Agitation and other factors still often recreate the problem. 'Tame' and 'Adjust'.- when compelled to react. 'Progress' and 'Positive Mindset' as much as possible. 'Recalling the qualities' of those who reflect a considerate nature; being motivated to display those same qualities ourselves. Not letting the issue get you down. These are all things to remember. Wish it were easy.
To improve on your attitude you should start by appreciating things. You should learn to smile, avoid negative environment and fix the thing you can be able to handle. Ask friend and family members to assist in this.
Live with an attitude of thankfulness! There is always something to be grateful for. Remember the day's blessings, not the days sorrows. Live with an attitude of "the sun will come up tomorrow". Be hopeful and positive. When you have a negative thought, replace it with something positive:)
Stop and think before you react. People with bad attitudes are either very unhappy or self centered. If you make an effort to treat others as you would like to be treated, both problems could be rectified. Find your happy place!!
Vollyball : If you recognise your fault's in Behavior , you can assess your degree Of control to suit the situation . Hostility has a range up to invasion of Mental stability . Under environment Condition's of Pressure , some feel the need to vent . Different stages of growth can allow Different button's to be pushed . Having a sense ability of self awareness and self control allow's Freedom of speech to temper the Value in the freedom of expresions That is being used . Try leading yourself to think with logic and an open mind. My bad attitude stems from my own distaste of other human's behavior so I try always to consider the perspective of others before I become angry or upset.
