How to get rid of stomach fat without losing weight?

So I'm really really thin, but the only fat i have on my body... is on my stomach. So what easy exercises can I do at home to burn that fat without losing any weight? I have almost no muscle whatsoever....

I had the same problem. Mid section fat is hard. I used a supplement to help increase metabolism, it worked.

Some ways to get rid of stomach fat without losing weight include walking in pace or running and lifting weights at least three times in a day. You need also to choose healthy foods at every meal. Not true if you are doing lots of intense weight training your body fat% will drop and your weight will actually increase.

maversa is definitely right....losing fat requires creating a calorie deficit, in order to tap into the stored fat, so weight loss is inevitable. You can't gain weight on a calorie deficit, you can build a little muscle along the way during the weight loss process, with proper diet and weight training, but you can never gain weight and lose stored fat at the same time, because of the deficit required.

If you are strength training to gain weight, which will require a calorie surplus, you will never lose fat. You will gain both muscle and fat. That is why body builders have "cutting season" during winter, where more focus is on dieting/cardio to get rid of the additional fat put on from the muscle gaining process.

You will have to lose a little weight to get rid of the fat on your stomach because once its gone you won't weigh as much as you did before there's no going around it. Do ab workouts everyday google some good ones but you have to be consistent with it and you will make ab muscles and probably be sore but if you do it right sooner or later it will pay off! When your having a hard time and feel like giving up remember what your doing it for !! Good luck :)

Lift Weights. If you have belly fat and are very thin, you probably still have a high body fat percentage (which isn't healthy) and a low amount of muscle mass.
