I am gluten intolerant, I have thus switched to casein and egg... are there any suggestions for ways to add protein to my diet?

Meat + seafood often are very costly.

I would advise you to consider having meals with beans since they also are classified as protein giving foods. Almond nuts, milk, peanut butter, yogurt and mayonnaise are also some other foods that are rich in proteins.

Beans are high in starch and I would prefer to stay as lean as possible.
