What are some ways I can lose weight fast and easily?

I am tired of my parents always telling me I need to lose weight so I'm trying to find some ways I can lose weight.

don't lose weight fast. ur body will think your food supply is gone and burn food more slow. then u will gain it back and then some.make life changes that u can live with. your parents helped u get heavy. tell them their stress is jus making it worse for u. good luck:)

To easily lose weight, you should eat a diet that is high in protein, low in carbohydrates and low in calories. Avoid fatty and junk food such as fried chicken and French fries. Drink plenty of water, at least eight glasses a day and do a lot of exercises.

One of my friends went on a diet where she ate special k for breakfast nd granola bars nd fruit 4 lunch nd dinner...she also did some exercies...in 3 months she lost 30 pounds

I used to be in the same situation, I drank lots of water and ate healthy, no junk food! and every night before i went to bed, I ran 10 minutes straight without stopping, then I did 10 sit-ups, I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months!

Don't eat junk food and put lemons in your water that you drink. It helps make you lose 100 calories it also helps boost you matabalosm.
