nooope. they don't have any nostrils.
ya see, they get oxygen because, there gills filter it out of the water. so, they have no need for nostils...and, since you sneeze with your nostrils...& they don't have any, no, they cannot sneeze,

I believe not,because 1,no nostrils,and 2 everyone has a reason to sneeze like from pepper (spicy smells),or allergies etc etc

i think yes, if you were to look at a large fish(large fish have more visible nostrils) they have nostrils, and they have a fish's version of lungs, so ya.
