Your depressed most likely. Each thing that your doing as in being lazy is causing you to eat to much, and forget. You need to kick yourself in the pantalones, get up, and go hang with friends. Do something.
In most cases, such a condition is caused by depression. I would suggest you get to know what is causing this and try talking to those around you. You should visit a counsellor to help you deal with the issue.
I agree with the others about depression, and it sounds like more than a case of "the blues." It sounds more like clinical depression and you should really talk with a mental health professional. Medication can help, but there are side effects. Newer research is pointing to old-fashioned talk therapy as a better long-term solution.
