Will mortgage brokers help you get a land loan if you have bad credit?

While I do not know what your score is, nor what's contained in the report, I will tell you that the absolute minimum score is a 580 and will require a reasoning behind it (discharged bankrupcy, for example) and not for simply missing payments. Essentially a 620+ will allow much more room to work with, but once again, without reviewing the report thoroughly it is next to impossible to give you an accurate yes or no answer.

No, if you have bad credit.. No one will help you get a loan.

Mortgage brokers cannot help you get a land loan if you have bad credit, since you will be eventually blacklisted by the credit reference bureau. The various financial institutions will shy away from giving a mortgage or sponsoring your projects since you are not credit worthy.
