How should i talk to my child?

I always try to speak softly and use phrases like, "good girl!" and adress her as, "hunny girl". I cant relate to her, "loling" or "rofl" but i do know that she is understandin my brb's. Maybe if i am more agressive in asserting my power like a dog. Any thoughts?

Just be real. Say what's on your mind with your own words. Your sincerity will get though to her better than a firm grasp of internet slang will. There's one crucial key to remember about talking to your kids: shut up and listen. Don't get so focused on what you need to tell them that you forget to listen to what they are telling you. They need open two-way communication, not lecturing.

Nah.. Stay nice. I'll hit with the zingers. As a blonde, I can always fall back on the "dumb" answers people expect.. "Oh, I'm sorry.. I didn't get it" lol :)

I have a colleague that can help you with your issues. His going rate is less than mine @ $110 per hour.. If that's too much for you, seek help at your local social services agency...

I think something serious has already happened in the family and she has ALREADY A MIND SET FOR THAT BEHAVIOUR you have to first remove your may be aggressive image or may be worse then that. I am sorry to say that she knows your other side of character or she has something ill in her mind for you. Please take it easy and be a good father and prove it to her.
