What are some of the differences between U.S healthcare and U.K healthcare?

like the system in itself, sorry I meant solely in England

Some differences between U.S health care and U.K health care are that the U.S health care is suitable for the rich while the U.K health service is based on the principle of free health care for all. Being funded by the government is being funded by taxpayers.
