Do you mean constant rejection? It's a hard situation to say the least. However, emotions are not easily turned off like flicking a switch. What I suggest you do is move on. Letting go takes time and it would be easier for you if you focus your attention to something more beneficial for you. Remove anything which would remind you of the person and try going to the gym. That's what worked for me. It's not going to be easy but at least you would do something good for yourself while healing.
