get a lawyer, and next time, don't give away your ideas without legal advise, this world is full of people who want to scam you,.....

Maybe someone else had the same idea. And I agree if you really want to take credit for your idea then you should get a lawyer.

When you submit suggestions/ideas to websites like that, they don't have to compensate your or even acknowledge that it was your suggestion. A lot of sites have "site feedback" forums, where users can submit suggestions, ideas, or complaints, etc..., but unless you were under contract to come up with something, then you don't really have any basis to sue them.

Odds are if they decided to use the suggestion - you weren't the only one suggesting it. It is very rare that a site like that would implement a change just based on 1 user's idea. Usually it's something that multiple users have to ask for, or it's something that they'd already been working on and it was just a coincidence that you sent the email around the same time.
