Tuna sandwiches with pita bread and low-fat mayonnaise is one of my favorite lunches. I make it with lots of celery, onions and tuna. Just add low-fat mayonnaise and it is really good for you. High in protein and healthy anti-oxidants.
i drink 8 or so glasses of water every day. sleep right. play lots of tennis. eat less calories than I burn eat day. eat properly (see above answers!). i eat only till i am nolonger hungry. i eat often. and i try to maintain a balanced life, spiritually, physically, emotionally, financial, etc! (everything but sexually...i gave up on that one)... lol

Like Eggs,Milk,French Bread,Tea,Yogurt,And Drink 8 Glasses Of Water Each Day.This Will Help Your Period Work Right.Also Try New Thing!You Might Like Them! Exercise A Lot So You Can Have A Slow Metabolism.Metabolism is What Makes You Gain Weight.So Yeah :P
