Water is definitely one of the best things to put into your system, but I also heard from my brother that Gatorade, (the third part of the series, or the recover one) makes you feel a lot less exhausted and out of breath after any cardio workout or sprint. It restores electrolytes and salts lost during exercise. Water and Gatorade I guess are both good for you and tasty.
In my opinion, the best fluid to drink after a 30 minute run is water. Water is essential in your body since it will keep you hydrated, helps keep you alert and prevents the dull headachy feeling that may slow you down in the middle of the day.
1) water: it replaces water that was lost during exercising since your body is made up of 93 or 97% water (I'm not sure which) 2) G2 thirst quenchers: it replenishes vital nutrients and energy and helps to rehydrate you plus it tastes good
