Can I be in powerlifting & gymnastics?

You can definitely use the muscles from lifting and use them to your advantage in gymnastics, you'd be suprised how much more control and balance you would have with stronger muscles

I would think the two would be incompatible. Gymnasts do need to be strong but also limber and very flexible. I would think the highly developed muscles necessary for power lifting would compromise your flexibility. Talk to your gymnastics trainer/coach about it for a more informed opinion.
