Right now every morning I am running 4, 15 mins and doing 100 crunches. Any suggestions. Will I get a flat stomach in 8 weeks?

drink lots of water ,do crunches with your hands behind your head,and your knees Bent ;when you come up touch right knee to left elbow ,go down ; left knee to right elbow ,this is good for your side stomach muscles,and continue doing them through the pain and after a while your stomach will get num and you will be able to go on forever.Standing up lift your knees to elbows, criss crossing with your arms slightly bent.Don't run more than 5 miles a day, of you will get to skinny ; like a marathon runner from Ethiopia.
