What Makes You Have Good Smelling Breath

Floss!! Other than people with halitosis, not flossing is the number one reason why your breath is not fresh. Always floss!! oh, I am talking about IN ADDITION to brushing frequently..(my dentist would be proud ;)

clean tongue and mouth, take a spoon, upsidedown from how you eat with it, scrape your tonge front all the way to the back, let it dry, thats what your breath smells like.

brushing your teeth often.. chewing gum, talking(smells when you keep your mouth shut for a long period of time)

in addition to flossing and brushing. yogurt or fennal seeds works
