well take a bath with ice it will be cold but it should help lower the fever, if you dont want to do it that way which is the way people back then would do it then grab a ziplock bag fill it with ice and wrap it around a small towel, put it in your forehead. dont cover your body with blankets as your body doesnt need heat it needs to refresh.
Most over-the-counter meds like Tylenol or Motrin are sold as fever reducers. Rest is very important. Wet towels on your forehead, and cool baths only make you feel more comfortable. Be mindful of other people and keep to yourself. Fevers tend to be related to contagious illnesses. The highest chance of passing on the illness is while you still have a fever. Once your fever breaks, even though you may still feel lousy, typically your condition is no longer contagious.
take a cloth with equal amounts of vinegar and cold water and run it over your skin, I know it sounds wierd, but a swear it works! hope you feel better! ps. if your fever goes over 103 i suggest you visit the hospital.
put an icepack on your head for about 45 min and take some tylenol then take a 10 min cold shower and then take a nap for about an hour then you should start feeling better or your fever should be gone
