How can i get my stomach muscles to relax after i work out

After i work out my muscles are sore i know this is normal but how do i get it to go away after a certain amount of time

Warm compress, like a hot water bottle, have been used for a long time to relax sore or cramped muscles. They also muscle spasms associated with sore abdominal muscles. It will eventually go away. This is a good sign. Maybe don't work too hard if the soreness lasts a long time? Also, Once your done working out, don't sit down right away, this can make your muscles cramp up.

You should start drinking protein shakes they help with that and they also help you build muscle easier. I drink EAS protein shakes, cuz it tastes good and gives you 17grams of protein
