How do you beat qwop?

I've tried for an eternity and I know it isn't impossible. IT ISN'T IMPOSSIBLE!

The trick is to press ow and then pq. Once he is about to put his leg down, press ow again to get his momentum going. You should make sure that he is leaning forward whenever he runs. The game is really hard but you have to keep on trying.
